TransZol Up Plus RNA Kit

TransZol Up Plus RNA Kit is an optimized version of TransZol Up. Compared with other total RNA extraction
methods, TransZol Up Plus RNA Kit provides powerful lysis and easy column based purification.
⊙ After lysis and centrifugation, the solution separates into an upper colorless aqueous phase (containing
RNA), intermediate phase and a lower pink organic phase. RNA binds to silica-based spin column.
⊙ Wide application: suitable for isolating RNA from a variety of species including human, animal, plant and
bacteria. Small sample (50-100 mg tissue, 5×106 cells, 200 μl blood); Large sample (≥1 g tissue or ≥107 cells),
the maximum adsorption capacity of the spin column is 100 μg.

The amplification plot (former) and standard curve (latter) are derived from the amplification of
