    Dear Sir/Madam,

    REQUEST FOR TEACHING PRACTICE PLACEMENT - 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

    The bearer of this note, BRIGHT KAMADA, is a student in the College of Education Studies,
    University of Cape Coast. He will be doing his Off-Campus Teaching Practice in the first term of
    the 2024/2025 Academic Year for the Ghana Eduction Service and has expressed interest to
    practice in your school. The date of commencement will be the re-opening date for the first term.

    The studets' subject areas are MATHEMATICS and CHEMISTRY.

    He is required to have a minimum of 8 teaching periods per week (and in exceptional cases 6)
    in one or both subjects. We shall be very grateful if your school would be able to offer him
    placement for this important phase of his professional training.

    Please, kindly indicate your acceptance of the student to practice in your school by completing
    the attached form. Please return a copy of the completed form through the student to the
    Director, CENTRE FOR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, UNIVERSITY OF CAPE
    COAST, CAPE COAST, GHANA.
