agile and fast-paced manner. You will get great exposure to multiple projects using the latest
technologies. The company employs over 1400 people in four engineering centers located in
Redmond, WA, and India (Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Noida).

Data Engineering, Azure Services, SQL Server, and will be collaborating with multiple
stakeholders to understand and address business problems. You will be able to learn and certify
yourself on approved Microsoft certifications thus upskilling yourself.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused DataOps Engineer to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for resolving technical challenges faced by our business users. A
learning mindset, expertise in Microsoft technologies, along with advanced communication and
problem-solving skills. Those who have worked in a global technical support environment will be
preferred.

Responsibilities:
 Technical Support:
o Provide 24/7 advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
o Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network
configurations.
o Work with customers to understand their specific technical requirements and provide
tailored solutions.
o Managing and monitoring Infrastructure, Azure Jobs, Power BI schedules, etc.
 Problem Resolution:
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
o Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate engineering teams.
o Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the support ticketing
system.
 Customer Interaction:
o Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous
communication.
o Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved.
 Shift Work:
o Work in rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure continuous
support coverage.
o Maintain clear and effective communication during shift handovers to ensure continuity
of service.
 Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
o Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions and
issue trends.
o Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge and updates on technical
support matters.
 Continuous Improvement:
o Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge support.
o Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions.
o Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience.

Qualification and experience:


 The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in C.S. Experience in global support is an
added advantage.
 Prior knowledge of Microsoft Azure, DevOps, MS Office Products, On-Prem Active Directory,
Windows Client, Azure Services, SQL, Power BI and Server Operating system, System
components and basic understanding in networking is required.
 Candidates must also have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving,
and communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 team environment.
 Prior experience in programming and debugging skills are required, preferably in C, C++ and
SQL, as well as the ability to read and analyse network traces.
 Microsoft certification as an MS Systems Engineer is preferable.

Shift: PST (default) with rotation as per business needs. This could mean IST/EST/custom
