1 - Do you have training in the financial area?
A - Yes, but I have no experience in the financial area;
B - I have training and experience in the financial area;
C - I have no training, but I have experience in the financial area;

A - Savings, term deposits (CDB, LF, LCI or LCA) and fixed income funds;

QUESTIONARY
4 - What is your current motivation to invest, considering the term
you want to keep the investment?
A - I want to invest for a period longer than 7 years (long term), as I intend
to use these resources for retirement/inheritance;
B - I want to invest for a period between 3 and 7 years (medium term) in
order to achieve a specific objective, such as opening a business or
buying a house;
C - I want to invest to maintain the value of the investments and I will
need these resources in up to 3 years (short term);
D - I want to invest to have a reserve, but I only need the funds in up to 1
year (very short term);
E - I want to invest to have an emergency reserve, but as I don't have a
defined deadline, I need to have the resources always available for
rescue.

5 - How much of your regular income do you usually invest?


A - I don't usually invest;
B - Up to 10.00%;

8 - Considering your future needs and budget, what are your


expectations regarding your investments?
A - I do not plan at this time to redeem my investments or make new
investments;
B - I do not plan to redeem my investments at this time and I intend to
make new investments;
C - I may need part of my investments to pay expenses in the short term;
D - I rely on these investments to supplement my income;
E - I do not have future needs and a defined budget regarding
investments.

9 - Would you invest in higher risk products to have more


profitability?
A - I would invest and even make a contribution to my investments;
B - I would invest moderately and keep the investment even with a small
percentage of loss;
C - I would invest lightly, but would redeem the money at the slightest
sign of loss;
D - I would invest a little, because I don't feel comfortable knowing that I
can lose part of the investment;
