1 General Information
This CPU cooler consisting of a copper core and an aluminum heat sink with 62 fins. An eight-blade
propeller generates a constant flow of air through the heat sink.
The CPU is mounted on a socket installed on a PCB. Heat produced by the CPU is transferred through
the core to the heat sink and then released into the air flow.

2.4 Conclusion

In conclusion, the flow simulation of the CPU cooler in SolidWorks has provided valuable insights into
its thermal performance. The analysis indicates that the design effectively dissipates heat from the
CPU, maintaining temperatures within safe operating limits. Additionally, the airflow patterns have
been optimized to ensure uniform cooling across the heat sink.

The simulation results confirm that the chosen materials and dimensions are suitable for efficient heat
transfer, and the overall design meets the thermal requirements of the CPU. However, it is important to
note that real-world conditions may vary, and further testing and validation are recommended for
precise performance assessment.

This simulation has proven the CPU cooler's capability to effectively manage thermal loads and
maintain optimal operating temperatures. Further refinements and fine-tuning can be explored to
optimize performance even further, but the current design is a solid foundation for a reliable cooling
solution.
