Carry out an experiment to find out whether the objects below are
floaters or sinkers.
Instructions.
Fill a large bowl with water. Gently place objects in water one at a
time and observe. Record your observation by writing sink or float
next to each picture name.

Objects that float are called floaters. Some floaters can sink once
heavy objects are places in them.
Objects that can sink are called sinkers. A ball of plasticene will sink
in water. It can float if we make it hallow in the middle.
