Activity: Yep! or Nah!Students will


silently read the scenarios and respond
with a "Yep" if they agree or a "Nah" if
they disagree. They need to explain their
answer.
1. Follow the trail path when mountain
hiking.
2. Bring drinks to the beach water area.
3. Pick up litter while having a nice walk
along the shoreline.
4. Be quiet while taking a stroll inside the
forest.
5. Swim as far away as possible from the
shore to get your money’s worth.

Activity 2: Share to Care


In their Notebook, the students will
discuss their vacation experiences
and reminisce about the guidelines
they adhered to during that time.
They must also answer the question:
“What is the importance of adhering to
rules?”
When you travel to have your vacation,
which would you prefer to travel on, with
land (solid), water (liquid) or air (gas)?

During my discussion, I used more examples to help students understand. I also used pair or
small group work in every lesson activity. I have noticed that my students tested poorly in
English. Some of them were having a hard time in spelling specially those commonly used words.
Self-assessment
However, I was able to give them activities that will help them remember those words and do
better next session.
