IPloy aspiring to make their mark in today’s competitive business environment.

• What motivates you to work?
My mother is one of my motivation to work because I want to give back my success
to them and the sacrifices they have given to me. Since my father died 5 years ago, it
is my goal to make my mother happy by providing things she wanted.

Growing up, I witnessed her relentless dedication to our family—working tirelessly,

often putting our needs before her own, and facing life's challenges with a strength
and faith.

• How do you prioritize work?

In prioritizing my work, I follow a few key strategies that help me stay organized and
focused on meeting both my short-term tasks and long-term goals. Firstly, I make a
comprehensive list of all my tasks and responsibilities to get a clear picture of what
needs to be done. I then categorize these tasks based on urgency and importance.
This helps me distinguish between tasks that are critical and need immediate
attention from those that are important but not urgent.

• How do you want to be managed?

I am keen on continuously improving and acquiring new skills. A manager who
encourages learning, provides opportunities for professional growth, and supports
career advancement is very appealing to me. A manager who is approachable and
supportive, especially during challenging times, makes a significant difference.

• How long are you going to stay in the company?

As long as I feel challenged, valued, and see opportunities for growth and
advancement, I would be happy to have a long and fruitful tenure with the company.
I believe in building lasting professional relationships and am not looking for short-
term engagements.

• Out of the box questions: If you are given a chance to take your family to have a grand
vacation, where would it be and why?
Japan's reputation for cleanliness, safety, and the hospitality of its people makes it an
ideal destination for a family vacation. The efficiency of public transportation and the
overall ease of travel within the country would ensure a comfortable and hassle-free
experience for the family.

• If you are given a chance to become a president, what issue would you like to tackle?
If I were given the chance to become a president, one of the primary issues I would
focus on is education reform. Education is the cornerstone of individual and
societal growth, and ensuring access to high-quality education for all is critical in
addressing a range of other issues, from economic inequality to health disparities.

• If you are given a chance to turn back time, what will you do 2-5 years from now?
If given the chance to turn back time, looking at a period 2-5 years from now, I would
focus on several key personal and professional priorities to ensure I'm making the
most of that period.

Encourage myself to take more calculated risks in my career, such as pursuing

challenging projects, starting a side business, or even considering job opportunities
abroad.

Spending more quality time with family and friends, recognizing that relationships are
what truly matter at the end of the day.

• If you are given a chance to change your personality, what would it be and why?
Improving resilience would mean that when faced with setbacks, I could bounce back
more quickly, maintaining a positive outlook and focusing on solutions rather than
dwelling on problems.

• What is more important, being creative or being efficient?

Personally, I strive to balance both aspects in my work. I believe that fostering a
creative mindset while being mindful of efficiency can lead to both innovative and
productive outcomes. Ultimately, the ability to leverage both creativity and efficiency
as the situation demands is a valuable skill in today’s dynamic work environment."

• What is more important, attitude or communication skills?

• Both attitude and communication skills are fundamentally important in the
workplace, and they often complement each other. A positive attitude is the
foundation for fostering a collaborative and effective work environment. It reflects an
individual's ability to remain adaptable, resilient, and motivated, even in challenging
situations.
• A positive attitude can inspire others, drive team morale, and contribute to a culture
of positivity and growth. On the other hand, communication skills are essential for
expressing ideas, sharing information, and building relationships. Effective
communication ensures that teams are aligned, tasks are understood, and conflicts
are resolved constructively. It's the mechanism through which collaboration and
understanding are facilitated within an organization.

• However, if I had to emphasize one over the other, I would lean towards attitude as
the more critical attribute. This is because a positive attitude can be the catalyst for
developing and improving communication skills. Individuals with a growth mindset
and a positive approach are more likely to seek feedback, embrace learning
opportunities, and work on enhancing their communication skills.

• What advice would you give to your younger self?

If I had the opportunity to give advice to my younger self, I would emphasize the
importance of embracing three key principles: resilience, curiosity, and self-
compassion.

Recognize your worth and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they
may seem. I would advise my younger self to persevere through difficult times, learn
from every experience, and understand that resilience is built through overcoming
obstacles.

• What is the happiest moment in your life?

• What would you give to your younger self?

If I had the opportunity to give something to my younger self, it would be the gift of
confidence, accompanied by the advice to embrace failure as a stepping stone to
success.

I would tell my younger self that failure is not a reflection of personal worth but an
inevitable part of growth.
