MONK MODE
- If you got sent this PDF chances are you took part in my interview thing recently. This is one of the
programs I will be offering to students in the room that want to make bread even further andchange
there mindset. This program will be open after a year once it has been tested. (You being the
testers)
- PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME READING THE PROGRAM AND UNDERTSTAND IT BEFORE YOU MAKE
DECISIONS TO CARRY ON, if YOU DECIDE NOT TO CARRY ON READ THRU IT PROPERLY AND
IMPLEMENT SOME OF IT INTO YOUR LIFE BECAUSE IT I WILL CREATE A BETTER VERSION OF YOUR SELF.

- There is 10 of you that took the interview so after the first month of monk mode I will assess progress, if
you do shit then I’m kicking you off lol. I will then keep on 3 people for the rest of the year. If you
complete the year cycle you will be awarded (£6,000) half 6 months in and rest at the end of the
program. You wouldn’t really need it since you would 100% make a shit ton of money of MONK
MODE but it is a way to say thank you for taking part of the trial.
What is monk mode? Monk mode is a way of life where you put your mind into focus for 6 months out of the
year to achieve wealth creating goals and personal self-healing and mental healing. This method is based
on studies and a book called the winner effect and is proven with an 80-90% success rate when done
correctly.
How do I start Monk mode? Before you start monk mode you will have to take a 7-day dopamine detox to
lower your dopamine resistance. This is so you can create focus and feel pleasure when you accomplish
your goals in monk mode. This also help you mentally as it will fix your head into enjoying the simpler things
like going for a walk, gym food etc.
Why does my head need fixing? Lowering dopamine resistance will make you enjoy life a lot more and it will
stop your mind from being foggy and it will reduce laziness because you will have to work harder to release
dopamine in you brain. High dopamine tolerance can be caused by many things like social media for too
long, drugs, bad health and even wanking off you fucking weirdo lool.

- MINUMUM 30 MINS OF EXERCISE, REST DAYS STRETCH FOR 15/20 MINS
(If any of the above are broken you’re a GARK and you will never become successful since you cant
take up any self-control or focus. you will need to reset back to day one.)
DURING MONK MODE
- NO ALCOHOL OR WEED, ANY SORT OF DRUGS LOL
- 10 MIN MEDITATION
- 30 MIN EXERCISE MINIMUM
- ANY PERSONAL VARIABLES, E.G ANY BAD HABITS THAT WILL STOP UR FOCUS CUT THEM OUT DURING
THIS MODE.
- WAYS TO MAKE MONEY/SPORTS/HOBBIES/STUDIES.
Monk mode helps you achieve wealth creating goals and personal goals like, Expanding your
business etc. learning high income skills. On the personal side it helps you improve on any sports you
participate, hobbies or even studies you maybe doing.
(You will be in monk mode 6 months through out the year, another 3 mixing monk mode with partying,
going out etc. and the last 3 months enjoying your time out, clubbing drinking, whatever you do lol)
