OTHER PROVISIONS:

20. Activity completion report with documentation shall be submitted within 10 days (about 1
and a half weeks) after the conduct of the activity.
21. Activity evaluation report shall be submitted as annexed to the completion report.
22. Liquidation Report for the expenses incurred must be prepared & submitted to the division
office and posted on the school transparency board within 15 days (about 2 weeks) after the
conduct of the activity.
23. Compliance with the above requirements shall be the basis of the approval of succeeding
requests.
Note: All provisions/remarks stated above should be complied with prior to the conduct of the activity.
Noncompliance means disapproval of the activity.

Activity Description: Ang Buwan ng Wika ay isang taunang pagdiriwang sa Pilipinas na ginaganap
tuwing buwan ng Agosto. Ito ang pinalawig na pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Wika na pinalawig noong
Enero 15, 1997 sa pamamagitan ng Proklamasyong Bilang 1041.
Rationale:
Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1041, s.1997(Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa), at batay sa DM
435,s.2024 (Pagdiriwang ng Wikang Pambansa 2024), nakikiisa ang Mababang Paaralan ng Pardo sa
taunang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2024, na may temang, “Filipino: Wikang
Mapagpalaya”.
Objectives:
1. Ganap na maipatutupad ang Pamapanguluhang Proklamasyon Blg. 1041;
2. Hinihikayat ang mga guro’t mag-aaral na maisakatuparan ang mga sumusunod na
gawain kaugnay sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa:
A. Pagpapaskil/pagkakabit/pagbitin ng tarpaulin sa loob ng paaralan;

III. CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS
To be arrange from first to the last things to do
 Contingency plans are made prior to the activity.
 Safety measures for camping activities should be taken into consideration.
 Different working committees are tasked to take care of the different aspects of the
event to assure success of the school said activity.
 Safety and security are given in every venue before the activity is done as
contingency plan.
 Attendance is monitored from time to time.
