The purpose of this business plan is to gain profit and expand our business. We want to ensure that our
operations are successful and generate enough revenue to cover our expenses and make a profit. By
focusing on profitability, we can reinvest in our business, open new locations, and introduce new
products or services to attract more customers. This plan will serve as a roadmap for our business and
help us make informed decisions to achieve our goals. Ultimately, the purpose is to demonstrate the
viability and potential success of our business, ensuring that we have a solid foundation for achieving
our profit and expansion goals.

Our mission is to delight our customers with delicious and satisfying food while providing excellent
service. We strive to use high-quality ingredients and prepare our dishes with care and attention to
detail.

a trusted and beloved establishment that continuously exceeds the expectations of our valued patrons.

Hijamina Mulok, Genie Shayne Booc, Esther Mae Dela Cruz, Ella Jane Besin, and Hierra Marielle Pamaran
founded SHEMÉ COMPANY. These talented individuals were classmates in the ABM strand and shared a
passion for entrepreneurship and selling food. They noticed the demand for delicious snacks at school
and decided to start their own company. Each of them had previous experience selling food items,
which gave them valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends.

Our primary customers are from Poblacion Market, Lapu-lapu City. Based on demand, our booth will be
at the various locations throughout the week and adjust the schedule accordingly. Our target market
encompasses a wide range of customers to everyone. This aims to capture the attention of kids,
students, professionals, and even parents who are looking for tasty and convenient snacks.
Our menu will feature chicken popcorn. Our chicken popcorn will be bite-sized pieces of tender and
flavorful chicken, perfect for snacking or enjoying as a side dish. Our goal is to provide our customers
with high quality, freshly prepared food that is both tasty and refreshing drinks to enjoy.

Chick ‘n Pop Delights will be utilizing a combination of traditional and digital marketing methods to
promote. In terms of traditional marketing, we will create visually appealing flyers and distribute them
in the local community, particularly around schools and popular gathering spots. Additionally, we will
leverage the power of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to display our tantalizing
chicken popcorn and engage with potential customers.

We anticipate that we will reach a projected ₱ 900,000.00 in annual sales by the end of the first 12
months. By the end of the third year, we plan to reach a projected ₱ 2,500,000.00 in annual sales. To
achieve our objectives, Chick ‘n Pop Delights is seeking funding through investments.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Company Background
The senior high school students of Asian Learning Center, Inc. and is currently a Grade 12 students
taking Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) finally decided to start business “SHEMÉ
COMPANY” since February 2024. We ABM students venturing into the chicken pops business bring a
unique blend of academic knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to the table.

After having an experience with selling “Tapioca”, we gained and learned a new foundation in business
management, leverage the understanding of marketing, finance, and operations to strategically launch
and grow our venture.

Our education equips use with the skills to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop
effective business strategies. Additionally, our passion for innovation and commitment to delivering
quality products drive us to create flavorful and enticing chicken pops that resonate with customers.
With their education and determination, we ABM students are poised to carve out a successful niche in
the competitive food industry.

Upon starting operations, SHEMÉ Company will offer a variety of flavors to choose from. We ensure to
provide a high-quality product and outstanding customer services.

Management Team
Hijamina Mulok, Co-founder and Owner
Hijamina Mulok is the head founder of Shame Company. Hijamina Mulok, a passionate entrepreneur
and ABM student, founded Chick 'n Pop Delights with a mission to offer delicious and innovative
chicken-based dishes. As the owner, Hijamina brings her expertise in recipe development, marketing,
and business management to create a unique dining experience for customers.

Esther De la Cruz, Operating Manager


Esther De la Cruz, an experienced operations executive with a background in the food industry, serves as
the COO of Shemé Company. She oversees the day-to-day operations of Chick and Pop Delights,
leveraging her expertise in supply chain management and process optimization to ensure efficient and
effective operations.

Genie Shayne Booc, Financial Manager


Genie Shayne Booc, a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage
industry, serves as the CFO of Shemé Company. She leads the finance department and provides strategic
guidance to Chick 'n Pop Delights, leveraging her expertise in financial management and analysis to
support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Ella Jane Besin, Marketing Manager

the CMO of Shemé Company. She spearheads the marketing strategy for Chicke'n Pop Delights,

Hierra Marielle Pamaran, Project Manager


Hierra Marielle Pamaran, an experienced project manager with a background in the food and beverage
industry, leads the menu development initiatives at Shemé Company. Marielle's attention to detail and
strong organizational skills play a vital role in the success of Shemé Company menu expansion efforts.

Jeicel Regado, Production Manager


Jeicel Regado, a results-oriented Production Manager with a proven record of accomplishment of
implementing lean manufacturing principles, streamlining production processes, and improving overall
efficiency.

Required Funds
We will use the start-up capital we obtain through investments and loans for equipment, kitchen
supplies, food purchases, and associated permits and licensing.

Equipment will cost approximately ₱50,000.00. We estimate the remaining costs to be approximately
₱60,000.00. At the starting date, Hijamina, Genie, Esther, Jeicel, Ella, and Marielle will also invest
₱58,000.00 in order to have cash on hand.

dawn of civilization and continued until the middle Ages. Lapu-Lapu City's Poblacion Public Market is a
hive of activity with a sizable number of vendors. It is anticipated that market stalls will need to adjust to
shifting consumer tastes and technological breakthroughs based on current trends.

There are currently many stalls at the Poblacion Public Market in Lapu-lapu City and the neighborhood.
These stands sell a range of products at exaggerated rates, with few eating options. They also have
restricted office hours.

portion sizes, a greater range of culinary offers, and more flexible business hours—all at one location,

Our marketing strategy is to employ an integrated marketing approach, utilizing social media to
showcase our flavorful offerings, implementing targeted local advertising to reach our community, and
fostering customer loyalty through promotions and engagement, all while maintaining a commitment to
exceptional quality and service. In addition to, highlighting our unique blend of locally sourced
ingredients and secret seasoning to target families and individuals seeking convenient and delicious
chicken meals through local advertising, social media engagement, and community involvement.
Chick 'n Pop Delights will introduce a "Chicken Passport" loyalty program, allowing customers to earn
stamps for each menu item tried, with completed passports unlocking special discounts, exclusive
events, and even the opportunity to create their own custom chicken dish, fostering engagement,
loyalty, and a sense of culinary adventure among our patrons.

Positioning

Chick 'n Pop delights is the customer's first pick for Poblacion Public Market, Lapu-lapu City-based
business professionals aged 11 to 54. Customers at Chick 'n Pop Delights can order a meal made from
high-quality ingredients and served in a substantial portion for a low price. Chick 'n Pop Delights is an

Our promotion of Chick ‘n Pop Delight, we can highlight the delicious, crunchy texture, its versatility for

Currently, our point of distribution is our Chick 'n Pop Delights, which we will build it at public market.
During the weekdays, we will put our Chick 'n Pop Delights in public market and where many people
passed by. If demand outpaces apply, we will plan to have and open our second Chick 'n Pop Delights.

Personnel Plan

At this time, the personnel plan calls for a minimum of one cook, one cashier, and one stall operator
who will greet customers, take orders, and assist the chef. Currently, Jeicel Regado operates as the cook;
Esther Mae Dela Cruz takes order and payment, while Hierra Marielle Pamaran assist customers.
In the first year, we are operating under the assumption that there will only be three workers in the
food stall to execute and manage operations. As demand increases, we will build another stall and hire
an additional assistant to support the cook.

Key Assumptions

Revenues will increase at an annual rate of 40%. During November and December, sales will increase
25% during those months. We expect this increase to remain continual throughout the following year, as
we anticipate a stream of new customers to the Chick ‘n Pop Delights.

To show a good-case scenario, we have deliberately calculated sales projections using unusually low
numbers.

In our sales forecast, we expect the highest performance during the month of November and December
because the month of love that gives with crunchy and juicy snacks.
