All presenters, presiders and participants must complete a convention registration form (be
SETC members and registered for the Convention). Convention presenters will not receive an
honorarium, except for guests invited by the Program Chair or Officers. Permission for invited
guests must be obtained by contacting the President-Elect, and by completing the appropriate
paperwork with the Executive Director.
Proposers must sign to indicate that they have confirmed this program with all the
participants.

Note: All program presenters must register for the convention by November 30.
