After the explanation, teach the children to sing again, and then sing with

Today we are going to learn more about the nature.

【P1】Where is this in the nature?

It is a forest.

What do you see in the forest?

We can see many trees in the forest. (Guide the kids to repeat the keywords)

The explanation for other pictures is the same as above, the following

is the list of questions:

1. What is this?

2. Where is the …?
3. Can you drink the sea water?

Guide the kids to say the keywords.

Have a review after showing all the pictures.

Story: The Trip

Look at the cover. Who is this frog, remember? This is Froggy, and this is

his friend, duck. (Circle them in the picture) One day, the duck wanted to

have a trip. (Go somewhere to play) So what did Froggy do?

【P1】“I am going on a trip,” said Duck.

So what was the duck going to do?

She was going on a trip.

“I love trips!” said Froggy. “Where are you going?”

Froggy asked the duck where she was going.

“I am going to a big lake,” said Duck. (Circle the lake in the picture)

So where would the duck go?

She would go to a big lake. (Guide the kids to answer)

“I love lakes!” said Froggy. “What will you do there?”

So what would the duck do?

【P2】“I will swim in the lake,” said Duck.


“And I will hike around the lake.”

So what did the duck want to do?

She wanted to swim in the lake and hike around the lake. (Mark in the

picture)(Guide the kids to say the phrases)

After hearing, what did Froggy say?

“I love to swim and hike,” said Froggy. “Let me help you pack your bag.”

So what did Froggy help the duck do?

He helped the duck to pack her bag. (Guide the kids to say the phrases)

【P3】“Here is my bathing suit,” said Duck. “I will need a bathing suit if

I go for a swim.” (Circle it)

So what did the duck take?

She took her bathing suit. Why?

Because she wanted to go swimming.

“Take your boots and socks, (circle them)” said Froggy. “You will need

them for your hike.”

So what did Froggy ask the duck to take?

He asked the duck to take her boots and socks. Why?

Because the duck wanted to go hiking.

What else did the duck take?

【P4】“I may go to a dance,” said Duck. “Let’s pack this dress.”

So what did the duck take?


She took her dress. Why? (Guide the kids to answer)

Because she wanted to go dancing.

“I love to dance!” Froggy said. “Here. Take your red shoes, too.”

So Froggy asked the duck to take her red shoes (circle them), too.

【P5】“You will have so much fun on this trip!” said Froggy.

Froggy thought the duck would have much fun on this trip!

“I wish I could go with you.”

So what did Froggy wish?

He wished he could go with the duck.

“I wish you could, too,” said Duck.

The duck also wished that.

Suddenly, Froggy got an idea ⭐.

What is the idea?

【P6】“Here is my hat,” said Duck. “And here is my umbrella. It’s time to

go.”

Now the duck took her hat and her umbrella. (Circle them)

Froggy helped Duck get to the bus stop.

“You get on the bus,” said Froggy. “I will put your bag in the back.”

So what did Froggy help the duck to do?

He helped the duck to put her bag in the back. (Mark in the picture)
【P7】Duck got on the bus.

The bus took Duck all the way to the lake.

Duck got off the bus.

She liked the lake very much!

She pulled the bag into the hotel.

But she was confused. (Expression) Why?

She thought the bag was too heavy! (Expression and body language)

So why did the bag get heavy?

【P8】TA-DA! When the duck opened the bag, who came out?

It’s Froggy !

Cartoon: Donald and the Witch

It is Halloween. (show a picture) There is a witch. The witch plays a trick

on Donald. What trick does she play?


[Here comes a witch]

(Giggling) Here comes someone. Who is she?

She is a witch. She is riding on a broom. (circle it)

[But she is funny]

Is the witch beautiful? (let the students choose)

No. She is ugly. But she is funny.

[A pumpkin]

Suddenly the witch sees something. She gets scared.

What does she do? She hides behind a tree.

What does she see?

It is a pumpkin. (circle it)

The pumpkin is walking. Why?

[Here are Huey Dewey and Louie]

Why is the pumpkin walking?

Because it is on a duck’s head.

How many ducks do you see?

There are 3 ducks. They are Huey Dewey and Louie.

It is Halloween. What will the ducks do?


[They are Donald’s nephews]

Now where do they go?

They go to Donald’s house.

They are Donald’s nephews. (explain the word)

What do they want?

[Water pours down]

What do they want?

Do they want chocolate?

No. They want candies.

What does Donald do?

He puts something into the bags.

Does he put candies in?

No. He puts some fireworks in the bags. (show the picture)

Then what happens?

The fireworks explode. (boom!)

Then Donald pulls a string to make water spill on the ducks.

After that what does he do?

[The end of the 1st part]

Donald laughs at the little ducks, then he slams the door shut.
[The witch is going to help them]

Poor Huey Dewey and Louie. They are sitting on the curb. (mark in the

picture)

Who come to them?

The witch. She is going to help them. How does she help them?

[What a potion]

The witch makes some magic potion.

Wow, what a potion! It can make a big explosion! (boom!)

Then what do the little ducks do with the witch?

[They go to Donald’s house]

They take a trip on the witch’s broom.

Then where do they go?

They go to Donald’s house.

What does the witch do to Donald?

[The witch puts a spell on Donald]

Abracadabra! The witch puts a spell on Donald.

Then what will happen to Donald?


[They are blue]

Look at his feet. What color are they?

They are blue.

What is he doing?

[Donald can’t stop dancing]

He is dancing. Donald can’t stop dancing. Why?

Because he is under a spell.

What else will happen to him?

[The nephews are happy now]

Donald’s feet turn to pink.

Then what does he do?

He can’t stop running.

He runs toward the moon, then he runs back to his house.

The witch and the 3 little ducks look at Donald. How are they feeling?

The nephews are happy now.

Then what does the witch do?

[The end]

The witch flies away on her broom. What does she say to the little ducks?

Goodbye.
