To facilitate course registration processes, you ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ اﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ‬،‫ﻟﺘﺴﻬﻴﻞ إﺟﺮاءات ﺗﺴﺠﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻗﺎت‬

- Please read the terms and conditions carefully, ‫ ﺛﻢ اﻟﻀــــﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ زر‬،‫ اﻟﺮﺟــﺎء ﻗﺮاءة اﻟﺸــــﺮوط واﻷﺣﻜــﺎم‬-
then click on the Submit button. .‫اﻹرﺳﺎل‬
- The College Registrar will review your ‫ وﺳـﻴﺘﻢ ارﺳـﺎل‬،‫ﺳـﻴﻘﻮم ﻣﺴـﺠﻞ اﻟﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﺑﻤﺮاﺟﻌﺔ ﻃﻠﺒﻚ‬ -
application, and the course schedule will be sent .‫اﻟﺠﺪول اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺮﻳﺪك اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ‬
to your e-mail.
How to Apply ‫ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ‬

Step 1 : Login to your Banner Self-service by ‫ ﻗﻢ ﺑـﺎﻟـﺪﺧﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺴــــﺎب اﻟﺨـﺪﻣـﺔ اﻟـﺬاﺗﻴﺔ‬: 1 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬
entering your UOS ID number and your .‫ ﺑﺎدﺧﺎل رﻗﻤﻚ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﻲ وﻛﻠﻤﺔ اﻟﺴﺮ‬، ‫اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻚ‬

Step 2 : Click on E-Service link in the main ‫ اﻧﻘﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ راﺑﻂ اﻟﺨــﺪﻣــﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴــﺔ ﻣﻦ‬: 2 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬
menu. .‫ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻻﺧﺘﻴﺎرات اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ‬

Step 3 : From the drop down menu, choose ‫ ﻗﻢ ﺑـﺎﺧﺘﻴـﺎر )ﻃﻠـﺐ ﺗﺴــــﺠﻴـﻞ‬، ‫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘـﺎﺋﻤـﺔ‬: 3 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬
(Course Registration). Then click on the .‫ ﺛﻢ اﺿﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ زر اﻻرﺳﺎل‬.(‫اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻗﺎت‬
‘Next’ button.

Step 4 : Fill the required information. .‫ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻤﻸ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ‬: 4 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬


Please make sure that your choice is correct. .‫اﻟﺮﺟﺎء اﻟﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺤﺔ اﺧﺘﻴﺎرك‬

Step 5 : Read the Terms & Conditions below ‫ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻘﺮاءة اﻟﺸـﺮوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم ﻓﻲ أﺳـﻔﻞ‬: 5 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬

Step 6 : Once you submit your request, a ‫ ﺳــﻴﺮدك‬، ‫ ﺑﻤﺠﺮد ﺿــﻐﻄﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ زر اﻻرﺳــﺎل‬: 6 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬
notification email will be sent to you on your ‫ﺑﺮﻳــﺪ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺮﻳــﺪك اﻟﺠــﺎﻣﻌﻲ ﻟﺘــﺄﻛﻴــﺪ ﻧﺠــﺎح‬
UOS email to confirm the success of your .‫ارﺳﺎل اﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﺘﻀﻤﻨ ًﺎ رﻗﻢ اﻟﻄﻠﺐ‬
submission including your request number.

Step 7 : On the event of registration, you will ‫ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ اﺧﻄﺎرك ﻋﺒﺮ‬، ‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﻢ ﺗﺴﺠﻴﻠﻚ‬: 7 ‫اﻟﺨﻄﻮة‬
be notified through email of the completion .‫اﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﻲ ﺑﺈﻧﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ‬
of your request.
