Its hard to believe a year has passed and my tenure as your President is over. I would like to thank all of the members for all of your support this past year. To the Members, the Board of Directors and our Executive Officers without you it wouldnt be possible for BANI to continue to thrive and support our mission of affordable and safe housing. I encourage everyone to continue your supporting the efforts of BANI as we head towards a new year. A lot of annual events for 2012 are now in the planning stages and early indications are pointing to great success. 2012 should prove to be interesting and challenging to our industry. Hopefully, the election year follies wont overshadow the important issues that need resolved at all levels. Keep your eyes open for the new version of building and energy codes coming this spring. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you and your families!

Member Of the Month!!!!!
BANI will begin publishing a Member of the Month. Each month we will rotate to a different member, be it Builder or Associate. In the article we print, that member will be given the opportunity to educate us on their business...what they specialize in, how they do what they do, how long they have been in business, how long they have been a member, and any other information they would like to share. The Member of the Month will be announced at the pre-ceeding Membership Meeting.
Planning and Building: Department Updates
Beginning in January, BANI will also be providing informative tips, updates and new developments with the Planning, Zoning and Building Departments in our Tri-County area. These updates will be printed to help Builder and Associate Members stay updated with potential changes code requirements, zoning changes, permitting changes and/or any other additional information that the administrators feel is pertinent.
