6-1-1 Change your characteristic for forms of packaging (CR3##) and define a
local precondition for value Cardboard 1000 to describe this relationship.
6-1-2 Check the effect of this precondition in classification, by classifying another
screw (T-RS4##).
Try different values for the thread type and check what happens to value

6-2 All metal screws have property class B-2. You want the system to set this value
automatically for metal screws.

type. You want the action to set value B-2 for characteristic TCR01 (property
class).

6-3 For screws with a thread length of 10 cm or more, you want Release period and
Internal description to be required characteristics.
6-3-1 Create a global selection condition that the thread length is at least 10 cm.
Dependency A##, description “Thread length at least 10 cm”.

The dependency can only be used if you set Released status.
6-3-2 Change your characteristics for the release period and internal description, by
allocating selection condition A## to them.
