Title: Leadership Training


Date and Time: May 6, 2023, 8:30AM
Rationale: Leadership is to ensure that the Leaders are well-equipped and
trained to represent their organizations. We hope that they will provide tools to lead
their organizations in a direction of growth and engagement.
Objective:
• To develop their personal management and leadership skills
• To List the qualities that a Leader should possess.
• To explain the difference between Leadership, Command, and Management.

Expected output:
• Learn proper time management techniques
• Learn about communication techniques and group dynamics
• Learn about proper role modeling as a leader
• Learn about conflict management techniques
Participants: Sectoral Groups of Barangay Sinalhan
Description of activity: This training is a good way to discover their ways and
characters as leaders and to inspire them to continue of becoming good leaders to the
organization that they lead and govern.

Methodologies and Strategies: Lecture discussion and demonstration to be provided


by the Social Work Intern.

Budgetary and Materials needed: Field instruction interns initiatives.
