INTRODUCTION
Through this electronic portal, you can submit a request as a first-time establishment user,
for the service of creating an establishment record that is special to the MOL systems. The
creation of an establishment profile with information saved, facilitates later-retrievals of
establishment information and records when business representatives are applying to other
services requiring certain establishment information. Instead of providing this information
every time, the system retrieves what user has provided through this service. Users can be
creating profiles for establishments subject to labor laws and establishments not subject to
labor laws

1. LOGIN PAGE
The main page of the system which will allow you to use available online services, such as
cancelling work permit, following up on these requests, and taking the appropriate action on
them.
The login page appears as follows:

The login data that you have entered is then verified. Once login data is inputted correctly,
internal system page appears. If logging data entered is incorrect upon verification, you will
be unable access the system and a message appear informing you to re-correct your login
information.
After successfully logging into the Business Representatives Portal, the following page
appears:
The home page appears as soon as you have logged into system, a page that is divided into
several sections.

2. REQUEST TO FIRST TIME ESTABLISHMENT PROFILE CREATION
To create an establishment, profile the first time, follow these steps:
1. Click on the list of my services, then click on the request to create a facility record - the first
time, or
click the (Submit) button, the following page appears:

3. COMPLETING ESTABLISHMENT RECORDS INFORMATION
After clicking on the “Complete the application” button, the system, through the automatic
linkage with third parties, will retrieve the establishment records data such as the EID,
commercial registration data and commercial license if available, as on the following page:
The data of the establishment's labor record will appear in full on the application page for
approval or for your adjustments or attachments
Fill the following information in the case it is not auto-filled and has been retrieved from
external parties:
1. EID Recrods Information
a. Enter the name of the establishment in Arabic.
b. Enter the name of the establishment in English.
c. Date of EID Issuance
d. Enter EID expiry date
e. Choose the sector from the attached list
f. Manager QID Number
g. The name of the responsible manager
h. Nationality of the responsible manager
i. Name of the responsible manager in English.

2. Contact Date and Official Address Information
a. Enter the phone number of the establishment
b. E-mail of the establishment
c. PO BOX
d. Enter the area number
e. Enter the street number
f. Enter the property number
g. Enter the street name
h. Enter the unit number
i. Enter the name of the area in English
j. Enter the address details
k. Click inside ( ) to confirm that the contact details and official address entered by the
employer or his representative are correct.

a. Name
b. QID
c. Nationality
d. Click inside () if the choice is for manager or representative
e. (+) allows you to add multiple people

8. Commercial License Information
a. Enter the license number.
b. Enter the commercial registration number.
c. Enter the company name.
d. Enter the business name in English.
e. Choose the type of business
f. Choose the date of issuance of the license
g. Choose the status of the license.
h. Choose the license expiration date
i. Licensee's name.
j. Licensee's identification number.
k. The name of the licensee in English.
l. Select the nationality of the licensee.
m. Enter the name of the responsible manager.
n. Enter the manager's ID card.
o. Enter the name of the responsible manager in English.
p. Choose the nationality of the responsible manager from the attached list

12. Click on the Submit Request button, and the system will save the request, automatically
verify the alert conditions and the conditions for applying the automated path to the
request, and record notes in the event of a violation of any of them. And auditing, and taking
a decision to accept or reject the application, or to return the application to the applicant for
modification. In the event that these conditions are met, the system will automatically
approve the application and create a record of the facility in the Ministry of Labor and data
storage.
13. Click on Save Request and the request will be saved as it is and the user can refer to it
later through the Requests Follow-up page.
14. Click on cancel the request and a warning message will appear that the request will be
canceled and if the user agrees, the request will be closed and return to the main page.
