FOREWORD

This Self Learning Kit is prepared for the students to realize the
significance of one’s lifestyle in the functioning of the respiratory and
circulatory systems.
This Self Learning Kit is divided into three parts:
I. What Happened- this section will let learners recall their
past learning on the different parts of circulatory and
respiratory system by answering the pre-activities
(SCIENTESTS).
II. What I need to know – this section will enable learners to
recognize the meaning of the word “lifestyle”. They shall
classify different lifestyles and describe its effect to the
circulatory and respiratory systems.
III. What I have learned – this section will let the students
write at least 10 lifestyles and classify them as good or
bad for circulatory and respiratory system.
