[SAY]: Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed faculty members, distinguished guest,


proud parents, and graduating students, this is Tabuk City National High
School, 7Th K-to-12 Graduation Ceremony, School Year 2023, with the theme,
“Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas.”
Singing of the National Anthem
Invocation
[SAY]: Those who are able, please remain standing as a presentation of respect
to the National Anthem to be led by Mr. Jerick Benj B. Llanera and Ms. Kristel
Ann B. Gonayon, graduating students from Science Technology Engineering
and Mathematics Block 2. To be followed by an invocation of The Almighty’s
divine providence to be conducted by Senior High School Faculty members: Sir
Rheden L. Julian, and Ma’am Apryll Anne E. Malayao.
Pambansang Awit and Prayer
[SAY]: You may now take your seat.
[SAY]: We are gathered here today to celebrate the incredible achievements of
our graduating class who have worked tirelessly to reach this milestone. To
formally welcome us all into this memorable event, I give you Mr. Lynhel
Bayeng Abuan, a graduating student of STEM Block 3.
Welcome Remarks
[SAY]: As the graduating class of 2024 prepares to step into the world beyond
these halls, let us all be refreshed, mesmerized, and reminded of the stories,
memories, and surpassed challenges that led us all into this graduation day. A
round of applause to Mr. Edwin Balangue Patagan Jr, a graduating student of
STEM Block 3, in his Graduation Message.
Graduation Message
[SAY]: This ceremony serves as a beacon of inspiration and a testament to our
graduating students’ boundless potential. To present Batch 2024 Senior High
School Candidates for graduation, we have Ms. Sirikit B. Odan, the Grade 12
Curriculum Head, to certify this batch SHS Candidate for Graduation is the
School Head of this institution, Sir. Joselito B. Cabello, and to declare the
confirmation of the SHS candidates for graduation, we have the Chief of the
Curriculum Implementation Division of Tabuk City, Sir Ramonchito A. Soriano.

Presentation, Certification, and Confirmation of the SHS Candidates for


Graduation
[SAY]: Let the walls of Kalinga Astrodome and those who are present with us
celebrating be the witnesses of this year’s culmination of inspiration, hard work,
dedication, and perseverance. We are now to distribute the Diploma to the
Graduates and to award the Medals to the Achievers.
Awarding of Diploma Per Section by Class Advisers
[SAY]: Our next set of awardees championed not only academics but also
leadership. These learners embody the character of what it takes to become
outstanding leaders. Tabuk City National High School is proud to announce the
Best Organization for SY 2023-2024. Allow me to read the citations, Republic
of the Philippines, Department of Education, CAR, Schools Division of Tabuk
City, Tabuk City National High School, this Plaque of Recognition is hereby
awarded to the Humanities and Social Sciences Club for being adjudged as Best
Club for School Year 2023-2024. Indeed, this is a manifestation of sheer service
worthy of emulation. Let this 31st day of May 2024 be the day that your
outstanding and laudable contribution towards the pursuit of national building is

Picture Taking HUMSS Club
[SAY]: For school year 2023-2024, the school and student affairs, programs,
and projects were made possible and were conducted successfully because of
these next group of awardee. Allow me to read the citations, Republic of the
Philippines, Department of Education, CAR, Schools Division of Tabuk City,
Tabuk City National High School, this plaque of recognition is hereby awarded
for creating a positive impact on the school and community it serves through the
implementation of all its planned programs, activities and projects, contributing
to the attainment of the school’s objectives, and for making great strides in
helping its members develop their potential during the School Year 2023-2024.
Let this 31st day of May 2024 be the day that your outstanding and laudable
contribution towards the pursuit of nation-building is recognized. This plaque of
recognition is awarded to the Supreme Secondary Learner Government.
CONGRATUATIONS!
[SAY]: Tabuk City National High School, now dubbed as The Home of
Champions, is unfolding a new chapter of our SHS Graduates. Thus, they might
need inspiration which they could carry with them in their pockets as they
traverse higher levels of learning. To introduce someone whose wisdom and
insight will undoubtedly inspire us all, especially our graduates, please give
your hands to Ms. Beverly T. Ngao-I, Junior High School Faculty Member.
Message of the Guest Speaker
[SAY]: To award the Plaque of Appreciation to our Distinguished guest, we
have the School Head Sir Joselito B. Cabello, Ma’am Sirikit B. Odan, and Sir
Ramonchito A. Soriano. Republic of the Philippines, Department of Education,
CAR, Schools Division of Tabuk City, Tabuk City National High School, this
plaque of appreciation is hereby awarded to Dr. Miguel U. Nicolas Jr, Principal
III of Diffun West Central School, in grateful recognition for his meritorious
role as GUEST SPEAKER during the TCNHS 7th K-to-12 Graduation
Ceremony with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan
ng Bagong Pilipinas.” Held on May 31, 2024 at Kalinga Astrodome, Bulanao,
Tabuk City, Kalinga. Let this 31st day of May be the day that your outstanding
and laudable contribution towards the pursuit of nation-building is recognized.
