1/-Let's talk about doing exercise

1. How often do you do the exercise? What/ where/ when/ with whom/ why

2. Would you prefer to do the exercise alone or with someone else?

3. How important is it to do the exercise?


I really don’t like to exercise but I want to make sure I have good health. I usually do
morning exercise about fifteen minutes to thirty minutes. I like to do exercise alone because I
feel focused and productive the exercise that I like the most is running because it helps me to
keep fit and stay health.
2/ - Favourite beach
1. What is your favourite beach in Vn?
2. How often do you go there?
3. What do you often do when you are there?
I really love the beach. In Vietnam I like Vung Tau beach the most because it is clean and
has delicious food. My house is quite far from Vung Tau sea so I don’t come often. I usually
come once a year . I go to the beach I often go for a walk and eat seafood because the seafood
there is very fresh and delicious.
3/ -Favourite place => Well I’m going to talk about favourite place
1. When you are sad, where do you often go?
2. Do you prefer to go there alone or with someone else?
3. Which places do you recommend your friends to go?
People have their own favourite spot in this world. My favourite place is probably going to
these too. When I’m sad , I often comfortable not thinking about sad things anymore. I often go
there with my best friends to chat and share joys and sorrows together. It’s also a place for me
to think about myself, work and have group meetings. I often introduce my friends to place like
book coffee, green garden coffee,….
4/- Sleeping habit
1. How many hours a day do you sleep?
2. How important is it to have a good sleep?
3. What should we do to have a good sleep?

In our life, sleep is a very important thing. I sleep 5 to 8 hours a day. According to

science, sleep is very important for every human being. Sleep plays a very important role in
helping the body rest, restore and regenerate energy for the activities of the organs in the body,

especially the brain. If we don't get enough sleep, we're more likely to gain weight, lose focus in

work and study, and easily have a stroke. To have a good night's sleep, we need to take measures

such as scheduling bedtime at a certain time, not eating too much when sleeping, exercising

daily, ...

5/ Happiness
1. Are you a happy person? Why?
2. What usually makes you happy?
3. Does the weather affect the way you feel?
I’m really happy because happiness for me í very simple , is the joy of being with my loved
ones, happiness is when I can share joys and sorrows, hardships. The thing that makes me the
happiest is the family meals together and talking together. The weather doesn’t affect how I
feel when I just have my family by my side.
6/ Newspaper
1. How do you often get daily news?
2. How do people in your country get daily news?
3. Do you think international news is important?

In our lives, newspapers are a very important part for us to be able to update and absorb

new knowledge of news in the world. I usually update news daily through newspapers such as

Youth Newspaper, New Newspaper, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, ... every day people in Vietnam we

receive news through communication and information exchange. , via loudspeakers,

televisions,... International news is a very important part of our lives because it provides fast, up-

to-date information 24/7 on politics.
