Oxbridge is the collective term people use when they are talking about Oxford and Cambridge. Because both
schools share a lot in common, people refer to both as Oxford.
The name sprung up in 1850 in William Thackeray’s fictional novel “Pendennis” In this novel, the main
character attends the fictional college, “Boniface College, Oxbridge.” The name has stuck since then and people
use it to refer to the features Cambridge and Oxford share in common.
The students wear a special uniform daily, and full academic dress at the examinations. According to the long

Oxford and Cambridge universities consist of a number of colleges. Each college has its own name and its

I feel better than ever. Generally, it is not so difficult to lead a healthy life. People should follow only a few
simple rules.
First of all, you must keep a healthy diet. In order to be healthy a person should eat well-balanced home-
made meals with a lot of organic fruits and vegetables, nuts, seafood, lean meat, dairy products. Don’t eat
too much salt or sugar, sweets and pastry. People also should eat regularly — at least three times a day
including snacks in between. But remember, you should not overeat.
A person should keep the “right” way of life. It means go to bed and wake up on time, avoid stressful
situations, try to stay calm and optimistic. All these things influence health. Sleep is the rest for our brain
and muscles. Stress and nervousness lead to health problems such as insomnia, mental disorders, and

INGREDIENTS Carrots, cut into thick sticks -- 4

Add 2 cups of the water, along with salt and pepper to season.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the meat is tender to the
bite.
While the meat is simmering, place the rice in a large bowl and rinse in several changes of water until the water runs clear.
When the meat is sufficiently tender, take it off the heat and remove the cover. Carefully add the rice to the pot, smoothing
it out to cover the meat evenly.
Sprinkle the rice with salt and pepper.
Carefully pour in the remaining water without disturbing the rice. Liquid should just cover the rice by about a half inch,
and the surface of the rice should be smooth. Smooth it out with a spoon if necessary.
Return the pot to a medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and let rest for another 10 minutes.
Then mound the pilaf onto a serving platter.

Ashgabat Botanical Garden is the country's oldest scientific platform, where acclimatization and introduction of

Instagram friends see it and like it. I spend a lot of my free time using Instagram. I love this app because I
love taking photos – especially selfies! – and I like looking at my friends' photos and videos too. They tag
me in their photos and I get them on my news feed. I think it's a great way to record events and places and
share them with your friends!
