Excel interface
Ribbon
The ribbon is the horizontal area located just below the
title bar. It is divided into tabs, such as "Home",
"Insert", "Page Layout", "Formulas", "Data",
"Review" and "View". Each tab contains groups of
related commands.
Formula bar

It is located below the ribbon and shows the


active or selected cell, here you can enter or
edit formulas and view cell contents.
Columns and rows

Columns are identified by letters (A, B, C, etc.)


and rows by numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.). The
intersection of a column and a row forms a cell.
Office button (or File menu)

Located in the upper left corner, it allows you to


access options such as opening, saving, printing
and closing files. You can also access settings and
general application options.
Sheet Views
You can switch between different sheet views, such
as Normal, Page Layout and Page Break Preview,
according to your work needs.
