You may have heard about data, datawarehousing, Bigdata,cloud
technologies,Artificial inteligence etc. You will hear a little more on each of

these terms as we walk through the next few slides.
Data in itself is not very meaningful, it goes though a process of moulding before
it can serve as valuable insights to business.
If you think about data analytics you will picturize a beautiful dashboard for
example. The Top 10 cars sold this quarter by Tata, across different regions , or
the time of year the sales peaked up. Or if we take another example, the number of
tweets in twitter, Hashtags that were most popular this week or A post that was
retweeted max number of time are all great insigts. But to arrive at these
dashbaords we need to collect data from different sources, stream data from IOT etc
and then integrate ,transform and organize the data into data models.Futher the
data needs to be kept secure by good data governance and has to pass quality checks
and then you could draw data into appropriate visuals that you see on a dashbord.
KPI is a full cycle data and analytics service company. We are involved with the
customer right from . How to build an application to help answer a specific
business questions. Sometimes a customer has tons and tons of data but business
sometimes may not get the relavant information. KPI identifies their use cases,

the items added would turn into a purchase by looking up past history and parterns
in the data.
