    In the magazine article “From Student to Employee: A Difficult Transition", the
    author Mina Alonso analyzed problems that newly graduates tend to have when
    transiting into real-life work environment and suggest ways to deal with them.
    Many graduates are unprepared for the challenges of the modern workplace. They find
    it hard to adjust to life on the job (thesis statement) and beyond the classroom. The
    author also (cũng-phải đc nhắc đến phía trc) discusses how this issue arises from the
    distinctions between school experiences and life in the workplace. First, ambiguity is a
    problem* for the majority of them. Alonso indicates that adjusting to ambiguity is
    the first challenge that college students must overcome

    adaptability in response to continuing developments.
