Job Description:

• We are looking for a talented and motivated entry-level IT developer to join our team. This
role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience in
software development. As an entry-level developer, you will work closely with experienced
developers to create, maintain, and enhance software applications that meet the needs of
our organization.
• Build campaign generation services which can send app notifications at a speed of 10 million
a minute
• Dashboards to show Real time key performance indicators to clients
• Develop complex user segmentation engines which creates segments on Terabytes of data
within few seconds
• Building highly available & horizontally scalable platform services for ever growing data
• As an individual contributor, you will tackle some of our broadest technical challenges that
requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on software development and seamless
collaboration with all functions.
• You will envision and develop features that are highly reliable and fault tolerant to deliver a
superior customer experience.
• Collaborating various highly functional teams in the company to meet deliverables
throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and improvise areas of improvement through data insights and research.

Preferred Qualifications
• BE, B.Tech, BCA.

What we look for?

• Knowledge in backend development with expertise in at least one of the following


programming languages: Java, Python, GoLang OS: Linux, Unix
• Understanding of cache and messaging queue technologies like Redis and Kafka.
• Ability to write clean code using the concepts of object-oriented programming.
• Basic understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for software development.
• Relevant internships, personal projects, or coursework in programming and development
are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
