from Latin word communis which implies common.
communication is an exchange of the fact idea
opinion or emotion by two or more-person.
communication is much more than simply
transmission of information. it also involves
interpretation and understanding of the message .it is
an interest of thought and information through words

7. Humor: - The discharge of energy
through a comic enjoyment of the
imperfect. Example - remove the
focus of the patient from the problem
