UPAVP _Special Registration Scheme


1. Application is being accepted Online only for following Enclaves :

4. Following tab will open : Click on Individual (An Individual Applicant who is willing to
register for One flat in this scheme)

5. For New Users, Sign_Up using your Name and Mobile Number
For Existing Users, Sign_In using the Password received on your Mobile Number.
(Please note that all access codes and passwords are personal to the individual to which it is issued.
Applicant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all passwords issued.)
6. Important Terms and Conditions page will be displayed.
Please go through the mentioned Terms and Conditions and Accept to Download the
Scheme Details .

7. Following page will open wherein Applicant is required to Select District_Scheme


Name_Enclave Name_BHK_Floor.
For Scheme wise Cost of Flats, please download District wise data from Downloads
Section :
8. Basic Details of Scheme will be displayed: Cross Check the registration Money and
Price of the Selected Flat. Click on Apply in the last of Page .

9. Fill in 4 Pages of the online form


Page 1 : Personal Details.
Page 2 : Address Details
Page 3 : Refund Bank Details
Page 4 : Attachments (Any Officially Valid document and Photograph) and Disclaimer.
10. A summary of your application will be displayed on submission :

Click on Go to Payment
11. Once cross verified, click on Payment tab and verify the amount :

12. Following page will open on clicking : Go to Payment.


You may use UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, RTGS & NEFT mode to make
payment .
13. Once Payment is made successfully, you may re-login through the same mobile
number to reprint Receipt

14. If the receipt shows “Payment Successful” in Payment Status, your application is
successfully submitted and UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad will be intimated on your
successful submission of Registration form.
