Fees Rules & Regulations
1. When you submit an Admission Application, the ‘Admission Session’ and ‘Batch’ (morning/afternoon)
needs to be stated in the form. Once we receive the confirmed payment, changes will not be allowed.
**If you are unable to join the session that was initially confirmed, you will still be entitled to pay the
tuition fees for the confirmed quarter. In addition, you might not get the batch timing of your choice as it
would depend on availability.
2. At the time of application the program being chosen (TOD+ or TOD) needs to be mentioned. Switching
between the programs will not be allowed.
4. Tuition fees are to be paid quarterly by the 7th of the first month of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
Failure to pay within the 7th will entail a late fee charge of Rs. 100/- per day. Students in arrears of more
than one month will be struck off from the rolls after a warning. Please Note: If the school is closed
during the due dates of the fees collection, it is your responsibility to pay the fees beforehand.
5. The Session Fees (Biannual Fees) is required to be paid bi-annually in July and January.
6. The fees can be paid in cash, cheque (in the name of “The Orange Door”), or Bank Transfer. If you choose
to do a bank transfer, please make sure you include the child’s name in the transfer and subsequently
also notify the school of the payment made.
7. If you choose to pay the fees in person, we recommend that you do so between 1pm-2pm (i.e. after
class hours). If you choose to do it during class hours you will have to wait until we have
received/released all the children.
8. The fees structure is subject to change without notice. (Usually done in at the beginning of a new session
in April).
9. The school reserves the right to terminate any admission on grounds of misconduct and disrespect to
any school staff or fellow parent. The school will not be entitled to make any refund in this case.
10. The Caution Money is only refundable once the child withdraws successfully up to 30 days from the
date of official withdrawal date. The caution money will be forfeited after 30 days if a written request is
not submitted by then.
11. If you wish to withdraw the student, a written hardcopy notice is to be submitted at least 1 month in
advance. Tuition fees will only be accepted quarterly, therefore if you wish to withdraw mid-quarter*,
the entire quarterly fees will still be applicable along with session fees if applicable in that quarter.
For withdrawal from 1st April: Last Day to submit notice: 28th February
For withdrawal from 1st July: Last Day to submit notice: 31st May
For withdrawal from 1st October: Last Day to submit notice: 31st August
For withdrawal from 1st January: Last Day to submit notice: 30th November
*For withdrawal Mid-quarter: Example: If you wish to withdraw in May, the quarterly fees for Apr-
Jun will be required to be paid.
12. If you change your decision and wish to continue after submitting the withdrawal notice, a space cannot
be guaranteed. Also, there will be a readmission charge of Rs. 20,000 required to be paid along with
other applicable fees. It is recommended to hold a space for your child, until they get a confirmed
admission in a high school.
13. School is not liable to send any reminders. Therefore, kindly set personal reminders for important dates.
We do not send reminders for withdrawal dates as there is no set time for any parent to withdraw.
Therefore it is the sole responsibility of the parent to send a written withdrawal notice on time.
14. If you require a Transfer Certificate/Assessment Card/Any other official document, please let the school
know at least a week in advance as it takes time to prepare official. We cannot guarantee release of
these documents during holidays. If you have an urgent need of any of these documents there will be
an additional fee of Rs. 500 per document.
15. Lost ID card re-issue cost is Rs. 200/- & Report Card replacement cost is Rs. 2000/-
