PATHFIT 101- MOVEMENT COMPETENCY TRAINING


1st Semester, Academic Year 2024-2025

Course At the end of the semester, the students should be able to:

2. Perform motor-learning activities;
3. Perform physical activity relates to health-related components
of fitness and skill-related components of fitness;
4. Understand the effects of exercise, construct and demonstrate
an exercise following the three (3) phases of exercise program;
5. Demonstrate choreographed routines of aerobic exercises;
6. Perform basic aerobic movements and skills accurately;
7. Realize and appreciate the importance of physical fitness and
wellness in the human body.
