SERVICE APPROACH
REMS organizational structure is geared to provide cost-
effective management and operation with our well-trained
professional staff who will perform within agreed KPIs and
SLAs.

Colliers shall aim to self-perform most of the services with our


in-house (not outsourced) Engineers and Technicians and
seasoned Managers although, specialized services shall be
sub-contracted (Security, Housekeeping, Pest Control, OEM
suppliers etc.)

REPORT MODEL
Colliers shall prepare reports in the following schedule:
Monthly
– Operational highlights, performance evaluation and recommendations
– Inventory reports of supplies, consumables, tools, appliances and equipment
– Other requirement by the client, agreed between both parties at the onset of the engagement
Annual
– Audit findings and recommendations | Technical and Safety Audits
– Maintenance recommendations. Colliers recommends for both parties to conduct a Business
Planning to discuss annual direction on premises maintenance.

Coordination Meetings
– Monthly internal meeting between Colliers Senior Account Manager and Property Manager
– Monthly meeting between Colliers Property Manager and client’s counter-part
– Quarterly internal meeting between Colliers Senior Manager, Property Manager and client’s
representative
– Semi-annual internal face-to-face meeting between Colliers Senior Manager and Property
Manager
– Annual Business Planning Session
