ACTIVITY DESIGN
Action research is a process for improving educational practice. Its method involves action,
evaluation and reflection. It is a process to gather evidence to implement change in practices. Action research is
participative and collaborative.
Educational problems and issues inside the classroom and school level are best identified by the
teachers. Through integrating action research, findings can be applied immediately and problems solved more
quickly.
VI. Objectives:
A. Improve the professional practice through continual learning and progressive problem solving.
B. To make the teacher and school head research oriented.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
The teaching staff of Anitapan Elementary School organized a Learning Action Cell in
Crafting Effective Lesson Plan using the 7Es and delivering them with mastery and efficiency on
September 16, 2022 at Anitapan Elementary School, Anitapan, Mabini, Davao De Oro.
By capacitating and enhancing the abilities of the teachers in crafting an effective lesson plan
that would help them improve the teaching-learning process that will lead to improve the learning
among learners. And will foster a collaborative spirit among school head, teachers and the community
as a whole.
Evidence of Success:
B. Improve the performance of the learners and teachers and their pedagogical
knowledge, practice, skills and attitudes.

The meeting started at exactly 1:30 P.M. through an opening prayer was led by Ms.
Crissely B. Lamorin and followed with the singing of our national anthem thru AVP, then
followed by the opening remarks from the School Principal I, Mr. Vicente R. Alapag,II.
In addition, Mrs. Gucor encouraged the teachers to be more commited and dedicated
to their chosen vocation.
