Key Responsibility in Stigasoft

Stigasoft developed a Fantasy App called Fan2Play having more than 2 million users in India.

My role, as an Application Support Engineer, provide support to end users regarding their multiple type
of issues like, installation issue, network issues, incorrect players line-up. Other responsibilities are as
follows:-

 Identifying and resolving technical issues


 Identifying and resolving technical issues
 Maintain professional relationships with users of fan2play and provide them with
excellent customer service.
 Provide regular and individualized training to employees within the company
 Updating the Zendesk ticketed query system with comprehensive answers to
user questions and resolutions
 Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns
to the Senior Engineer.
