Job Summary:
▪ Protects customers and staffs.
▪ Conducting investigations in related to theft, complaints and
incidents.
▪ Conduct interviews with relevant person in order to obtain
statements and information related to incidents.
▪ Check all company and safety and security policies and
procedures; report accidents, injuries.
▪ Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect
company.
▪ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
others; support team to reach common goals
▪ Opening the safe box with the decoder for the customer
following the bank policy
▪ Stopping UDE (Undesired Element) diplomatically to enter to
the bank room as per the UAE law
▪ Identify and prevent attempts at illegal activity, such as
forgeries and embezzlement
▪ Work to ensure Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance
▪ Act as a liaison between employees and law enforcement as
necessary
▪ Evaluate cybersecurity tools
▪ Design systems and procedures to protect customers and their
data
Ensure that customers have the proper documentation for
applying new account in bank.
Job Summary:
▪ Protects and safeguards all hotel guests and associates, their
belongings and all hotel assets.
▪ Conducting investigations in related to theft, fraud or lost items
guest complaints and incidents.
▪ Conduct interviews with relevant person in order to obtain
statements and information related to incidents.
▪ Assist with and notify LP Supervisor, LP manager or LP
Director. Complete incident reports to document all Security,
Loss Prevention related incidents such as theft, accidents,
physical hazards, and fire alarms. Such as suspicious
individuals,
▪ Follow all company and safety and security policies and
procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work
conditions to LPSL, LPS, LP Manager or LP Director.
▪ Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect
company assets.
▪ Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to Hotel
standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
▪ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
others; support team to reach common goals;
▪ Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other
employees.
▪ Give wake up call for the guests as requested timing.
▪ Opening the safe box with the decoder for the guest following
the hotel policy.
▪ Key Auditing Report for all the Dept. and sent mail to
concerned person.
▪ Monthly fire extinguisher checking in the hotel and the staff
accommodations and sending mail to concerned person.
▪ Knowledge of how to take the door locks reading and set the
date and time accordingly.
▪ Stopping UDE (Undesired Element) diplomatically to enter to
the hotel room as per the UAE law
