Accessing CCIsites Mobile Apps

Requirements
In order to use the Mobile Responsive Applications, all users need a CCIsites account. To obtain a CCIsites
account, request access as a General Contractor role through one of the following Crown Castle contacts: a
District Manager, a Tower Operations Manager, or an Implementation Manager. The General Contractor role is
for contractors performing work on and within the tower compound, and will require one of the mentioned con-
tacts to sponsor your account access.

Note: Once you initially register for the CCIsites account, you have 14 days to fully complete the regis-
tration, including an initial sign-in to CCIsites. After the registration process is completed, the CCIsites
account can be inactive for up to six months, or 180 days, before it becomes disabled. If a CCIsites
account is inactive for one year, or 365 days, the CCIsites account is deleted.

or an error will be given, indicating there is a requirement missing from the labeling. The parenthetical
brackets provided as guidance must also be removed. Please see Appendix A for more details for
labeling requirements.
Completion Requirements
In order to submit the images as completed, all photo requirements agreed-upon in the scope of work in each
category should have a photo uploaded, and each photo uploaded is required to be correctly labeled. Please
see Appendix A for descriptions of photo requirements and the labeling requirements for each.

Note: The Label is a required field and must be labeled as it is described in the example provided in the

era icon in the Photo Capture tool, the photos are not automatically saved to the camera roll on the user's
phone.
