CCIsites Photo Capture Guide
October 2018
Overview
The Photo Capture tool enables General Contractors to take and upload photos from their mobile devices to
submit for the closeout package process directly into CCIsites. The General Contractor is required to have a
CCIsites account in order to utilize the Photo Capture tool. Internal Crown Castle users can view what General
Contractors have uploaded to CCIsites via the Photo Capture tool as well.
Note: Once you initially register for the CCIsites account, you have 14 days to fully complete the regis-
tration, including an initial sign-in to CCIsites. After the registration process is completed, the CCIsites
account can be inactive for up to six months, or 180 days, before it becomes disabled. If a CCIsites
account is inactive for one year, or 365 days, the CCIsites account is deleted.
