Take out a
notebook and
write down
the sentences
(in this book
or any book)
that resonate
with you the
most.

have a list of
30 powerful
mindsets
written
down, then
take out an
audio
recorder.

technologically
challenged:
there are many
phone apps
that can record
your voice.
Altertnatively
you can use
your phone's
video recorder.

Step 3
Get yourself into a
relaxed and inspired
emotional state.
Turn on your
audio/video recorder.
Say the lines in your
list outloud very
loudly. You can even
scream them!! Say the
lines with intense
emotional conviction
and enthusiasm.

Step 4
Play back that
recording to yourself
every day for at least
a week.
If possible play it the
moment you wake up
when your
unconscious mind is
most susceptible to
embedded commands
and self-suggestions.

As time goes on be
willing to swap out
items in your list with
more powerful
affirmations, mantras
and self-suggestions.
As long as there is an
emotional impact, keep
listening to the audio
recording of yourself

Take out a piece of
paper and brainstorm
the answers to this
question: "What is
holding me back the
most in life? What are
my greatest
challenges?"

Make a list of your top
10 challenges in life.
Then come up with the
mindsets, affirmations,
and self-suggestions
that will have the
greatest positive impact
on your life. Go over
that list, your goals and
vision every single day.

HYPNOTIC TRANCE STATE WHEN HE IS
DEEPLY RELAXED AND FOCUSED. IT IS
DURING THIS EMOTIONAL STATE WHEN
THE UNCONSIOUS MIND IS THE MOST
SUSCIPTIBLE TO VERBALIZED SELF-
SUGGESTIONS.

IT IS HELPFUL TO ACHIEVE THIS

THIS MIGHT MEAN GOING TO AN


ISOLATED AREA IN NATURE (A POND,
PARK, OR A PEACEFUL PATH),
MEDITATING FOR A FEW MINUTES, OR
TAKING A SERIES OF DEEP BREATHS

USING THESE TECHNIQUES YOU CAN


ACHIEVE THIS RELAXED STATE OF
MIND. THEN THE AUDIO RECORDING
WILL HAVE THE GREATEST IMPACT.

THAT BEING SAID, YOUR AUDIO


RECORDING WILL HAVE AN IMPACT
EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE MOST
OPTIMAL STATE OF MIND.
REPETITION OF IDEAS IS KEY TO
INTERNALIZING THEM.
