Instructions for the students -


(a) The students’ Internship Programme is mandatory under UGC and Calcutta

University Regulation.
(b) Each student should fill up the Google Form the link of which is given at the end of

this Notice.
(c) Each student has to select only one institute in the Google Form.
(d) Each student should give their preference in ascending order of the Course, the

institute offered, while filling up the Google Form.


(e) If in any course number of applicants is below 50, the applicants will be allotted the

course as per their second choice under the same institute to start the programme.
(f) On finalisation of the institution and the course structure, the institute would send the

payment link in the mail ID given by the students through Google Form.
(g) Finally, after admission, the class timing, venue will be informed by the institute

where the students have taken admission.


(h) The students should also inform their respective intern supervisor of the institute

where they have taken admission along with the course undertaken.
(i) After successful completion of the course, the certificate issued by the institute along

with the project report will be submitted by the students to the college to upload in
the University site.
(j) The students may also opt for doing their internship programme themselves. In that

case, they have to do the programme at their sole responsibility. After completion of
their programme, they must submit before their Intern Supervisor –
(i) The Report of their intert programme prepared by them; and
(ii) The Certificate issued by the institute where they have done their internship
programme.
(k) After the completion of the Internship programme, an external appointed by the

University will come to the college on date fixed by the college for evaluation of the
projects.
(l) For any updation follow college website regularly.
