New Digital PSC

New Digital PSC | GC/SO Flow

• For Lower Decile Scores [i.e. Agency 1,2 &3 decile scores and
Sample Journey Screenshot
DSF 1& 2 decile scores] user will get these options in the NB
onboarding journey
o Web PSC
o WhatsApp PSC
o Manual PSC
(These options are displayed as per existing product & UW
related rules and will continue as is)

• On selecting WhatsApp PSC and Manual PSC, the existing


process will continue as is

• If Web PSC option is selected then the new Digital PSC link
will be triggered to customer’s registered email id &
WhatsApp

• This link will be triggered once the KYC document has been
uploaded at Document upload screen

• Please note in case of Physical medical or VMER scenarios,


Digital PSC will not be required and thus would be waived off

• Final Submission from Good Connect and Sellonline will still


happen if Digital PSC is not yet completed by user. This would
be a parallel process till DVQC

Retrigger PSC Screen

Good Connect Sellonline

• User have to login into Good Connect and go to burger Menu • User have to login into Sellonline and go to Policy Dashboard

• Click on “Policy Details” option • Click on “Retrigger Web PSC link” icon

• Input policy number and select Digital PSC Status from the dropdown • Digital PSC link will be retriggered to the customer

• Digital PSC status will be displayed in the screen

• Retrigger Digital PSC options will be available if manual/digital is not approved in the
system

• User can retrigger the PSC on clicking “ “ icon
