ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Technical Project Managers are highly motivated individuals who can manage and take
ownership of high impact Client Projects. The role includes working across teams and
coordinating with the clients to get them the assessments according to their needs. The TPM
ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the
quality standards and requirements of the organization. The complete process of
understanding the clients’ requirements to their ultimate fulfilment by our team is channelized
& managed by the Project Managers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior
management and stakeholders.
● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely
and cost-effective project execution.
● Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers,
designers, and QA specialists.
● Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with
technical requirements and standards.
● Working with clients and helping them with fulfilling their assessment requirements.
● Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions and
ensure successful project delivery.
● Delivering the final product to the clients satisfactorily.
● Optimising existing working strategies and coming up with new ones.
● Client feedback and Relationship Building.
ELIGIBILITY:
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate
technical concepts.
● Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
● Demonstrated interest in project management through coursework, extracurricular
activities, or prior internships.
● Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
● Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
LOCATION:
Candidates must be willing for a Full-time In-Office internship in Delhi/Bangalore.
