Internship Overview
This internship is related to online selling and project management. Intern will be given a Sofa
product to sell online and manage project from conception to reality.
Intern needs to use IT tools and technologies to outline the tasks, deliverables, and timeline for the
development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to sell Sofa on you tube and
Facebook social media platforms. The goal is to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and
increase sales through targeted social media marketing efforts. Required guidance will be provided
from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategy: Define IT strategy how to market product on internet
Drive Engagement: Create content that engages the target audience and fosters community
interaction.
Increase Brand Awareness: List the name of the social media platforms and utilize You Tube, and
Facebook to increase the visibility of product
Boost Sales: Implement strategies and campaigns aimed at converting social media interactions into
sales.
Regular interaction with followers through comments, messages, and posts.
Management of customer inquiries and feedback
Attend team meetings regularly
Skills and Attributes:
• Proficient in MS word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn IT tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment
• Hands-on experience in various aspects of IT
• Basic project management skills
• Willing to learn about the challenges and opportunities of working in a virtual environment
• Work closely with experienced IT professionals and industry experts
Deliverables:
During your internship, you will be expected to deliver:
• Project Workbook in Excel (Project Plan, issues, risks, actions, decisions)
• Project Plan should include tasks, responsible person for each task, timeline, status of the task
• Logo
• You tube channel
• Facebook Page
• High-quality images, videos, and graphics tailored for each platform.
• Publish content on social media platforms (You tube channel and Facebook)
