1. Provide Complementation and continuity of the undergraduate programs.

vocational institutions, industry, agriculture, fishery and related sectors;
3. Contribute to the attainment of regional and national goals through research-
based technologies towards quality life.

Objectives of the Program:


Equip educational leaders with skills in management and development of
instruction, planning, research, and community development.

Description of the Course


The course deals with the application of integrated
ideologies/psychology/philosophies in Philippine education.

General Objectives:
A. Psychological Foundations
1. To apply the principles of good human relation to one’s daily life and to things
around him.
2. To enunciate that individual, differ from each other and have their own rate of
development.
3. To appreciate the importance of motivation in changing human behavior and its
role in everyday life.
4. To investigate, examine and asses the traits worth developing to improve one’s
personality.
B. Sociological Foundations
1. To describe how stratification of society began.
2. To relate the functions of the family to nation building
3. To identify and describe the functions of the school to acculturation and
socialization
4. To discuss what different agencies like the home, the school, the church, the
community, civic organizations mass media can in relation to changes in society.
C. Philosophical Foundations

1. To discuss the nature and functions of education philosophies in the analysis of


educational situations and problems.
