Your account within the Veritas Licensing Management portal).

Please note if you are the end user listed on the face of this Certificate, the terms in this Partner Support Certificate are not applicable to you, and you should contact your
authorized Veritas support provider for technical support.

If you are the Technical Support Partner, please refer to the Technical Support Partner Agreement ("Agreement") between Veritas and You, the Technical Support Partner
("TSP" or "Partner"), for the terms and conditions applicable to the Veritas support ("Support") purchased pursuant to this Certificate and the Agreement. Support may also
be referred to as "Veritas Partner Support", "Partner Essential" , "Partner Verified" or "Partner Standard." The Support purchased pursuant to this Certificate and the
Agreement shall only be provided by Veritas to the TSP for the benefit of the specific end user noted on the face of this Certificate.

The terms and conditions set forth in this Certificate supplement the Agreement, provided that in the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this Certificate, the
Agreement shall control.
