    I am writing to inform you of a missing log out entry in the afternoon of February 08,
    2024 in my Daily Time Record with the following time in entry: 04:31 pm. For a reason that
    maybe the biometric wasn’t able to read my biometric entry that day due to rigid time out
    entry of the teachers. I really did register to the biometric yet it was not recorded.
    Attached is a photocopy of our DAILY LOGBOOK which reflected my Time in/out entry
    during that day. My colleagues have also affixed their signatures to attest the truthfulness of
    my account.
