1 - Know Your Etsy Power Niches


Etsy is the king of selling one-page content. Yes, just ONE PAGE. Why?
Because Etsy customers want to get things done. You give them a one-
page checklist, and they will do the rest. They don't need hand holding.
They don't need hundreds of words. They just want their problem
solved.

And Etsy customers will pay top dollar for one-page content. As long as
it's good quality. Create a quality one-pager, and it will continue selling
for years. These Power Niches are evergreen:

Health and Diet


Weddings
Pregnancy
Family and Kids
Moving House
Divorce
Funeral

As you can see, these seven niches are simply the path of life. It starts
with health and food, goes to marriage and having kids, and ends in
passing on to the next world. That's why these niches sell so well, that's
why they keep selling year after year.

2 - Find the Successful Stores


Whatever product you are targeting, make sure to check the overall
sales of the store that is selling it. To the right of the product image,
you will see the name of the store: TwoBrushesDesigns.

To the right of the store name you will see five black stars, and then the
number 1,624. That number represents all the reviews that the store
has received for all of its products combined. Etsy doesn't break reviews
down per product, they mix all the reviews together.

When you click on the name of the store, TwoBrushesDesigns, you are
taken to the store itself:

Here you can see that TwoBrushesDesigns has overall sales of 17,208.
We now know that this store is successful. We want to carefully study
successful Etsy stores and emulate them.

3 - Find the Bestsellers


When we are checking out a successful store, we want to know what
their bestselling products are so that we can create a similar product.
Etsy products don't have a sales rank. But we can still find the
bestsellers by looking through the product reviews. Let's go back to the
store called TwoBrushesDesigns and click on the five black stars:

This will take you to the store's review section. This is a big pool of
every review every product has received. Scan through these reviews
and see which products are praised again and again. See which
products are getting reviewed the most.

In that store I've noticed that the Baptism Welcome Sign is getting a lot
of good reviews:

So let's click on through and check it out:

Notice the bestseller badge? This confirms that we are on the right
track. Did you also notice that this is a digital file that's delivered by
email? We want to always look for products that are simply digital files.
Especially if that digital file is just one page! That's exactly what this
product is. (The frame and stand are not included.)

The Baptism Welcome Sign is a digital file where you change one word,
the name of the baby that is going to be baptized, and then send the
file via email. For this you get paid about $12.00 US. Not bad at all.
Now you know exactly how to hunt down bestselling digital products
that you can easily create. Check it out for yourself:

4 - Let Fiverr do the Work


Maximize your time by paying a Fiverr worker to create your digital
product for you. We are aiming for one-pagers, and that makes them
very easy and cheap to create.

When you find a bestselling Etsy product that you want to emulate,
purchase it. Then send the digital file to your Fiverr worker and tell him
to create something similar.

As these Fiverr workers get more customers, they tend to raise their
prices. I've seen $5 dollar bargains change to $65 gigs overnight! So I
highly recommend you do your own searches to hunt for bargains.

Make Your PDF Unique: Tell your Fiverr worker to add a unique little
logo to your PDF. It will represent your store. It will make your PDF look
more professional, and it will get attention.

5 - Expand Your Offerings
I recommend you create a one-pager in each of the seven Power
Niches. Start with one, but continue to build from there. Also, dig into
sub-niches and create more one-pagers. Always look for one-page
opportunities.

You don't need to build multiple stores for different niches. You can put
products from all seven Power Niches in one store. Keep things simple,
and bring in the sales.

Listen to your customers! They will ask you to create new products that
they need. Decide if that product would be profitable for you. If the
answer is yes, create the product and add it to your store.

6 - Get Going!
If you haven't yet opened an Etsy store, I highly recommend you do. It
is one of the few places where you can create a one-page digital file and
get paid $5 or $10 buckets for it. Sometimes significantly more.

And these one-pagers can bring in sales for years. All seven Power
Niches are definitely evergreen. Once you get your store set up, it can
be a solid source of income into the future.
