Our project has a strong economic model, with regular revenue streams designed to sustain volatile crypto market scenarios.
The token strategy is designed to reward users in several ways. We have a revenue sharing Referral Program, where users

1. Deal Flow Sharing
We propose a mutually beneficial deal flow sharing arrangement between our Cryptool Platform, Green Access Partners VC and
your Launchpad, where both parties can leverage each other's networks to enhance investment opportunities. By sharing vetted
deal flow, we aim to increase access to high-quality ventures, diversify investment portfolios, and foster strategic partnerships.

3. Mutual Marketing & Advertisement
○ Cryptool Marketing:
■ Cryptool includes marketing opportunities options for partners, empowering projects and chains to
efficiently promote their platform, partners and/or projects investments and reach the entire
platform's audience with maximum exposure.
■ Cryptool Marketing:
● Cryptool will launch advertisements for your launchpad, such as platform updates,
events or deals. Partner to determine what and when.

○ Launchpad Marketing & Client Outreach:


● Client/User Network: Cryptool would request access to your network for onboarding clients, users
and strategic partners, empowering Cryptool to kickstart and sustain their initiatives. Onboarding
clients through your Referral Program link/code provides a monthly passive income for your
Launchpad as described in section 4.
○ Social Media Marketing:
● Cryptool is visually and verbally marketed across your Launchpad social media channels
including telegram and twitter according to pre-set agreements.
○ Client Outreach (Referral Program):
● Your Launchpad is to reach out to their network to introduce Cryptool to onboard
clients and users.
○ Strategic Partnerships:
● Cryptool actively seeks collaborations with esteemed ambassadors, and supportive KOL
and marketing partners within your network. These alliances are pivotal in accelerating
our marketing efforts and fostering community and user growth.

4. Referral Program - Main Ambassador
○ As a Partner, you will receive a Main Ambassador account for our Referral (Ambassador) Program Incentives,
allowing you to onboard users and VCs while gaining direct access to significant revenue streams. Here’s what
you can expect and require:
● Revenue Streams:
○ Subscription Fees: Earn 10% of the monthly subscription fees from referred Users or VCs.
○ Transaction Fees: Earn up to 27.75 (excluding bonus) of platform module transaction fees
from referred Users or VCs.
● Referral (Ambassador) Program:
○ Profitability Calculation: Utilize our Ambassador Profitability Calculation Sheet to estimate
earnings based on subscriptions and transactions.
● Requirements:
○ Onboard Users and VCs: Bring new users to the platform to start earning.
● Earning Potential:
○ Sample Calculation: Our sample calculation below excludes subscription revenue and
transactions in Invest modules as the Main Ambassador.

5. Investment Opportunity:
○ Launchpad Sale: The Launchpad’s offers private/public sale event(s) so its users have the opportunity to
familiarize themselves with Cryptools platform and its features and benefits, fostering widespread adoption
while facilitating community engagement and growth.
■ Provide a Private Pool of a maximum of $50,000
■ Provide a Public Pool of a maximum of $50,000
○ Funding Network: Cryptool would request access to your network for funding partners, empowering Cryptool
to kickstart and sustain their initiatives.
■ Receive funding access for Seed, Private or KOL rounds among your Network:

investments, providing your users with advanced (un)Vested / Staked and Asset Portfolio Management.
■ Integration with external entities and launchpads for comprehensive portfolio management, offering
users a centralized platform to monitor and manage their investments across all chains and platforms.
■ The module allows users to monitor and manage their personal asset actions like buying, selling,, and
claiming, providing a streamlined management experience.
■ Users can track important portfolio-specific events such as IDO TGEs, claiming, and token vesting
unlock dates, ensuring they never miss crucial events.
○ Early Investment Opportunities: Users gain exclusive and easy access to presale projects, providing them
with the opportunity to invest in promising projects before they are made available to the general public. This

8. Token Strategy: See our Financial Litepaper (Litepaper) for all details!
Token holder value is a primary focus of Cryptool’s strategy. The following explain various token holder benefits:
1. Self-Sustaining Platform : Development, Marketing, Team, Operation Costs and Token Rewards are financed through
'Platform Revenues'.
○ Stability Assurance
○ Long-Term Token Sustainability
2. Revenue Sharing - Buy-Back System : Cryptool token buybacks using platform profits will be reviewed and decided on
a monthly basis. Tokens will be sent to the Cryptool Treasury and either burned or used for strategic needs. 10-20% of
platform revenue is allocated for token buy-backs which will be used for:
○ Staker Rewards
○ Token Burning - Reduction of tokens in circulation
○ Project Token Replenishment - Project tokens (Treasury, Marketing, Reserves, etc.) used will be bought back.
○ Liquidity and CEX listings
○ Airdrop for top performing Ambassadors through our Referral Program (Referral Program)
3. Tokenomics - Metrics (Metrics)
Designed with limited supply, gradual emissions over time, and limited sell allocations.
○ Low IMCAP
○ Low Funding Requirement - Project is mostly self-funded
○ Low FDMC and round valuations 'FDV'
○ High ROI - ROI models were developed for both investors who immediately sell their tokens upon unlock and
for investors who stake their tokens. While both approaches are estimated to yield solid ROIs with conservative
model assumptions, the tokenomics are designed to yield a greater ROI for those who stake based on revenue
sharing, buy-back and burning mechanism for token holders.
4. Emission Control - Zero Project & Team Emissions
The Cryptool.io team will be diligent in controlling the usage of unlocked ecosystem, marketing, and team tokens,
resulting in favorable emissions.
○ Team costs are sustained from platform revenue, eliminating the necessity of token selling.
○ Performance-Based Unlocks: Team & Partner tokens are unlocked based on a performance model aligned
with preset KPIs.

Token holders who stake their tokens will receive a share of unlocked ecosystem staking rewards and platform fees.
Token stakers will also be able to participate in various platform offers (reduced fees, boosted rewards, etc) and vote on
platform development improvements and features.
○ Boosted Subscription Sales with incentives
○ Reduced platform fees
○ Subscription Account Upgrades
○ Voting Rights - Vote for 'NEW' quarterly implementations
○ Various platform incentives will emerge for token holders with a certain amount (allocation) of
tokens (i.e. fee discounts, airdrops, etc). More details to follow at a later date.
6. Ambassador Referral Program: Users who attract new users to the Cryptool platform will receive a portion of the new
users’ platform fees. Occasionally, recruitment campaigns with boosted rewards will be available.

9. Cryptool.io Strategy for Success
We believe our team has the experience required to make the project a success. We acknowledge the importance of being
proactive and agile in dealing with market dynamics and new innovations (threats to the Cryptool platform or opportunities to
capture in new features/services). Significant time and effort has been put into business planning to assess all currently known
risks and opportunities, and methods to continuously review new ones.

Cryptool will leverage and execute upon the following strategic objectives to position itself for success:
● Vision, Focus, and Diligence:
○ Utilize team expertise in blockchain, business management, sales and marketing, and project execution
○ Keep focus on project milestones and cost control; additional scope to be reviewed separately
○ Obtain knowledgeable, motivated, reliable, and trustworthy partners
