INTRODUCTION TO ZOOMLION
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, formerly known as Changsha Construction Machinery
Research Institute of former Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China. With more than 30 years of innovation and

Zoomlion Mining is an important strategic development industry sector of Zoomlion, and has a national technology center. Looking
back to the long history, Zoomlion has a long and profound mining gene, which can be traced back to the design office of the General
Administration of Machinery Construction of the Ministry of Construction and Industry established in 1956. This is the earliest
scientific research unit in China's construction machinery and mining machinery industries. Since 2007, Zoomlion independently
developed the largest 300-ton hydraulic excavator in China through five years of effort. The world's largest Zoomlion 10,000 t/h
reclaimer was put into use in Brazil's Vale project in 2011.

After many years of development, Zoomlion Mining integrated the mining products scattered in various business divisions. Zoomlion
Mining focuses on customer needs and the value of the whole life cycle, and provides one-stop mining solutions. Zoomlion Mining
forms three series of products: open-pit mining equipment, crushing & screening equipment, and material conveying equipment.
Among them, open-pit mining equipment includes mining drilling rigs, mining excavators, and mining dump trucks. Crushing &
screening equipment includes a full range of mobile crushing stations and fixed crushers.

ZE750G Mining Excavator

The internationally renowned brand engine meets EPA Tier 3 / EU Stage III emission standards, and is equipped with Zoomlion's customized
hydraulic system, reducing fuel consumption by 10%.

The advanced ESI is adopted to realize the perfect matching of power system and hydraulic system, as well as multi-mode power self-matching.
This system can sense different working conditions depending on loads and intelligently adjust the working state, so that the working efficiency is
increased by 9%.

It adopts special lengthened and widened chassis for mines, and is designed with reinforced four wheels and one crawler, a fully-protected
crawler guard rail, and a high-torque and long-life travel reducer, which make the machine solid and durable. Reinforced working device and
casting and forging and multiple thick plate structure for key parts make the machine solid and reliable.

The cab has an ergonomically designed internal layout, and equipped with a reinforced shield, a new HMI operating system, and rearview and
sideview cameras for monitoring working environment around the machine.

Modular design meets one-stop spot inspection for easy maintenance; long-term engine oil and hydraulic oil are used, with doubled change
interval to allow for lower maintenance costs.

Intelligent services, including real-time monitoring of equipment status, active reminder of maintenance information, remote service and fault
diagnosis.

Internationally renowned high-power engine, positive flow hydraulic system, and ESI for Zoomlion mining machinery allow for working efficiency
increased by 8%, and fuel consumption reduced by 6%.

Originally imported hydraulic elements, advanced hydraulic technology, and multiple modes of confluence regeneration for improving working
efficiency; multiple boom modes to reduce impact and extend the service life of the machine.

Spacious cab, adaptive air suspension seat, glass fiber adjustable armrest, and short travel handle can realize fingertip control, with the force of
the control handle reduced by 20%. The ergonomic operation layout reduces the operator's fatigue and improves comfort.

This machine is equipped with an 8-inch large-screen display and a new HMI operating system to allow for viewing of machine parameters and
fault alarms at any time. The whole machine is equipped with 10 large lumen LED lamps, 2 pump chamber and engine compartment inspection
lamps and 2 step lamps for easy working and maintenance at night.

Riveted frame, side member bent with 12+12 double-layer high-strength steel plates, and local 4-layer reinforcement. The
frame belly height is 500mm, highest in the industry. The material is 610L that has high strength and better fatigue resistance.
Computer-aided design and finite element optimization analysis are used.

It features front non-independent suspensions, reliable wheel alignment, and stable and comfortable driving. The front
hydro-pneumatic and spring + multi-link suspensions greatly alleviate the impact from uneven road surface, attenuate
vibration, and ensure ride comfort and better driving comfort; the middle and rear axles connected with the frame through leaf
springs and tie rods can adapt to changes in load and road conditions, and deliver high reliability.

Advanced engine technology, high efficiency and energy saving. The exhaust system has short pipelines, optimized design,
and low exhaust back pressure. Integral radiator, high shock resistance and easy maintenance. Imported fan with high speed
