    Delivery: All shipments of goods shall be delivered to the site and for equipment we required for 15 working days time from the date

    of PO/Advance. Supply, installation ,testing & commissioning complete with in 20 working days.

    Payment Terms: For High Side 100% advance along with PO ( including all taxes ). For Low Side 50% advance along with PO,

    50% after completion of job.

    8 Warranty: Daikin - 1 year warranty from the day of commissioning,

    9 Drain connection will do up to main drain line, final termination to main drain line is not in our scope of work

    10 ODU incoming power supply to MCB is not in our scope, from MCB up to ODU cable termination will need to be done by .
    11 Liability: If any civil works, Scaffolding, MS Support works or wall cutting/core cutting, power supply, will be customer scope.
    12 Price for AC valid till 15-07-2024
