This homework is for a total of 20 points.

Parts A and B are for 8 points each.


The operation table is for a total of 5 points
with 0.25 deduction for each wrong entry.
The identification of the identity is for 1 point.
The identification of inverse element is for 2 points
0.5 point per correct inverse.

Part C is for 4 points.


Each equation is for 2 points:
1 point for the solution to the equation and 1 point for the justification.
