2018 EPCOT BUILDING CODES


ELECTRONIC VERSION NOW AVAILABLE!
An electronic version only of the 2018 EPCOT Building Codes is now available for purchase for registered
users of the online permitting system, Accela Citizen Access (ACA) https://ca.rcid.org/CitizenAccess.
Unregistered users of ACA must contact [email protected] for further instructions on how to purchase

PROCESS TO ORDER ELECTRONIC EPCOT BUILDING CODES VIA ACA

Once logged into ACA, select “Apply for Permits or Temporary CO” and follow the prompts to choose the
proper record type: “EPCOT Code Books (Electronic Format) – EPCOT Code Books.”

Once processed by the Permit Technicians, notification will be sent via email containing a coupon code to use
to obtain the one-time downloadable pdf version of the codes through the International Code Council (ICC)
website at: https://shop.iccsafe.org/epcot-codes. Please note the coupon is only good for one download, in
which the file can then be saved for unlimited reference. All downloads will contain a watermark with the
purchaser’s information.
TIP!
All available Codes will be displayed on
the Fees page, but only the items
selected will be invoiced.

PROCESS TO REDEEM EPCOT CODE COUPON VIA THE ICC WEBSITE:

Once payment is complete, an email will be sent with the one-time use ICC EPCOT Coupon Code. Following are
the instructions to downlown the pdf version of the EPCOT Codes.

1) If you do not have a MyICC login account, you will need to set one up before proceeding with the steps below.
You can register an ICC account by going to: https://shop.iccsafe.org/customer/account/create

2) Go to: https://shop.iccsafe.org/epcot-codes

3) Select the code you have purchased via ACA:

4) Add the code to your cart. (Note: for the coupon to work, only the code that corresponds to the coupon
can be in the cart.)

5) View Cart and Checkout. Enter the discount code provided in the email and click on Apply.

6) Once the coupon is applied, the order total should read $0.00. Proceed to Checkout.

7) If you are not logged into MyICC, the system will ask you to log in at this time. On the order review page, be
sure to click the checkbox at the bottom before hitting Place Order Now.

To download the PDF, please follow the steps below:

1) Go to http://show.iccsafe.org
2) Sign into your MyICC account
3) Select the link My Account
4) Select the My eCodes link
5) Select the PDF tab, which will be highlighted in red when selected
6) Under the Actions column, select the Select Options button
7) Select Download
8) Another row will show directly beneath it, select “Show Download Options,” then you will see the download link
for downloading the PDF (Note: This code is only valid for one download. Be sure to save file once
downloaded for continued use.)
