Night Work Plan
Schedule:
1. All Night works are scheduled initially for the month of EID which is going to start from
March 10 to April 10th, 2024
2. All Night works are schedules to start at 8PM and will finish at 4AM
3. Electrical and Mechanical works will be part of night shifts depends upon priority, QC and
safety requirements
Preparation Phase:
1. We will Ensure that all necessary permits and permissions for night-time construction are
obtained from relevant authorities.
2. Conduct a thorough site assessment during the day to identify potential hazards and
obstacles.
3. Set up temporary lighting around the working site to provide adequate illumination for the
workers.
Logistics Planning:
1. We will arrange for the materials and equipment needed for construction during the night,
in the morning time itself and ensures that, it will be available at work location before
starting the night shift.
Safety Measures:
1. Implement strict safety protocols to protect workers, especially in limited light conditions.
2. Provide workers with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that they
receive adequate training on working safely at night.
3. Separate safety team will be allocated for night works.
4. Drinking water facility with cool water will be available entire night works.
5. Will Install additional safety lighting and signage to enhance visibility and prevent accidents.

Quality Control:
1. Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that construction meets design
specifications and industry standards.
2. Execute minor activities which required less quality monitoring or subsidiary activities of
major activities.
3. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to identify any issues or deficiencies that
need to be addressed promptly.
Monitoring:
1. Ensure that monitoring team will be separate for morning shifts and night shifts.
2. Implement monitoring systems to track progress and identify any potential problems or
delays early on.
Environmental Considerations:
1. Minimize noise and light pollution to mitigate the impact on surrounding communities and
wildlife.
2. Adhere to local regulations and guidelines regarding night-time construction activities,
particularly in environmentally sensitive areas.
